The United Accreditation Foundation (UAF) provides accreditation for validation and verification bodies performing organizational greenhouse gas verification in accordance with ISO 14064-1 – Greenhouse Gases – Specification with Guidance at the Organization Level for Quantification and Reporting of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Removals.

This program supports verification of organizational greenhouse gas inventories, ensuring that emissions and removals are quantified and reported in accordance with established requirements.

Accredited verification bodies evaluate greenhouse gas reports and supporting data to provide independent verification of reported emissions and related disclosures.
